.Shipping & Return. 1.Order Placement and Confirmation 

Once an order is placed. We get incontact with customer to discuss the specification and features of the Dome or Container houses. After confirmation, we issue invoice for payments.

2. Production Timeline 

After confirming the order and receiving the deposit, production of the dome & Container houses begins. The standard production time can vary but generally takes around 4-6 weeks for standard kits and 12-14 weeks for custom orders. Therefore, during this period, all components are manufactured according to specifications.

If customer orders already made dome or container houses. We ship immediately.  If Customer has a specific design, the production time above will be applicable.

3. Shipping Preparation |Shipping & Return

Once the dome & Container kit is ready, it is packaged securely for transport. The components are often loaded into durable crates designed to protect them during transit. For larger orders or complete dome & container kits, shipping may involve using semi-trucks or international shipping containers.

4. Shipping Costs and Methods Shipping costs can vary significantly based on factors such as weight, distance, and destination. Within the continental United States, typical shipping costs range from $350 to $750 for connector orders, while complete dome & container kits may have special rates based on mileage regardless of total weight. 5. Delivery Logistics 

Delivery logistics are crucial in ensuring that the shipment arrives safely and on time. We often coordinate with trucking companies to arrange transportation via closed semi-trucks for domestic deliveries or international shipping lines for overseas orders. Furthermore, our Customers must ensure their site is accessible for large trucks. Shipping costs of foldable container houses

6. Unloading Process Upon arrival at the delivery site,

 Unloading requires careful planning due to the size and weight of dome components. It is recommended that customers prepare their sites in advance by clearing access routes and arranging necessary equipment like forklifts or cranes if needed.

7. Final Setup After unloading.

Lastly, our Customers can begin assembling their dome house according to provided instructions or manuals from Us. We also offer installation services if required depending on your location.
